Marc Gelman,
Chief
Executive Officer,
guides the company in areas relating to acquisition, design and construction of all projects. Marc is known for his creative and effective planning, maximizing land and use potential in creating quality communities. He supervises all aspects of development and ensures the extraordinary quality of construction and punctual delivery of an outstanding real estate final product. Over the past 15 years, Marc has directed a wide variety of real estate development projects. With experience developing commercial and residential properties, he has built or redeveloped apartment communities, condominiums, for sale housing, and an array of senior living projects. From 1985-1990, he served as general counsel and Assistant Chairman of the Board to Long Beach Bank, where he managed the development and joint venture of over 2000 apartments units.
Ari
Majer serves
as CFO of Enhanced Affordable Development Co. Ari is responsible for the accounting and finance divisions, and has led 6 successful permanent loan conversions in the past three years, He has helped secure $170 million in various debt instruments including the issuance of over $125 million in bond financing. Under his supervision, Enhanced has closed eleven equity partnerships with multiple Syndicators totaling over $110 million in equity funds. After receiving his MBA from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD, Ari returned to Southern California where he joined a 15,000 unit multifamily Affordable Housing developer and manager. Ari has been with Enhanced Affordable Development Company since 2005.
Millisa Craig, NCP-SCS, Director of Operations, is responsible for the overall property management operations of the Enhanced Affordable portfolio in San Diego, Los Angeles and Atlanta. Her responsibilities include: Preparation and execution of effective marketing plans, create and implement management and compliance training programs, create policies and procedures to streamline office operations, budget preparation, financial analysis, and compliance with City and State agency regulations. Millisa received numerous awards in the San Diego Community such as the “Employee of the Year Award”, “Flawless Reporting Award” and received the “Mark of Excellence Award.” She was also featured on the cover of the Rental/Owner Magazine from the SDCAA. Millisa was recognized by the U.S. Navy for her years of service and dedication as a volunteer Ombudsman. Millisa also volunteers in her spare time and teaches Art and Early American History to children with special needs. Millisa joined the Enhanced Affordable team in 2010 with over 16 years of Property Management experience.
